1) Are all the events at one location or need to travel within Shenzhen?

All the events are within the Shenzhen Fintech Association's venue except for the visit to the Futian Financial Technology Park which is on a voluntary basis.

 2) Would there be transportation organized to and back from Shenzhen?

We encourage participants to organize their own transportation in order to give people some flexibility and considering the difficulty of controlling how long people will be at immigration.

3) Getting from Hong Kong to the Venue :

High Speed Rail (HSR) ​

• Take the HSR from West Kowloon Station to Futian Stations (~ 20 minutes). It is highly recommended that travelers purchase tickets a few days in advance in order to secure seats. You'll also need a valid Chinese visa before boarding the train. • From Futian Station take the taxi to 7/F,10 Kaifeng Rd, Futian, Shenzhen (The International FinTech City of GBA) 深圳国际金融科技城7楼（深圳市福田区凯丰路10号)

Mass Transit Railway (MTR)​

• Take the MTR to Lok Ma Chau. ​
• Once you arrive, follow the signs to reach Hong Kong customs and cross the border​
• From Lok Ma Chau take the taxi to the venue as stated above​

​Taxi from Futian Station to The International FinTech Center of GBA

• 15 - 20 minutes depending on the traffic.

From FinTech Centre to Futian Financial Technology Park 

• We will go on foot (5-8 minutes)

Taxi from Futian Financial Technology Park to Futian Station

• 15-20 minutes (depending on the traffic)

4) Visa and Entry Requirements​

Before traveling to Shenzhen, please make sure you have the necessary visa to enter China. ​

5) Health Declaration to China Customs​

You are required to declare your negative test result to China Customs by filling the Health Declaration Form on the WeChat mini-program of China Customs (scan the QR code below), or at https://htdecl.chinaport.gov.cn, or via the China Customs APP.
