The captivating powers of generative AI have taken the world by storm since the initial release of ChatGPT by OpenAI in November 2022. In collaboration with the Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA), the Big Data & AI Committee and Invest & WeathTech Committee of the Fintech Association of Hong Kong (FTAHK) are co-hosting an upcoming event to explore the fundamentals of generative AI and delve into its potential applications, particularly within the asset and wealth management landscape.

What exactly is generative AI? What possibilities does it hold, and what limits may it encounter? As wealth management practitioners, what exciting opportunities can generative AI and ChatGPT unlock for you, and what are the potential threats you should be aware of?
